The guest house is in a classic British seaside location, very close to the beach and town center, making it convenient yet quiet. The rooms are wonderfully clean and cozy, with modern decor and comfortable beds that instantly make you feel at home. The service was incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining was a delightful experience, with homemade pastries and a communal lounge adding an extra special touch. Although the wake-up call by some noisy neighbors was a downside, the overall stay was made memorable by the friendly staff and great location.

The single room I stayed in was plenty big enough, with a TV, kettle, and mini-fridge. The ensuite toilet and powerful shower were a nice surprise, along with the very comfortable bed and modern decor.

The location is fabulous, just a minute's walk to the beach with a nearby pub serving food. It's close to the town center and bars but remains peaceful, perfect for a seaside getaway in Devon.
